Designed for pilot-scale processing, process development and early-stage commercial production, the MTECH50 provides increased capacity with higher microwave power and larger batch capability. Its modular solid-state microwave system combines precise control of power, frequency, vacuum and temperature for repeatable processing across a wide range of applications. As Mildtech’s largest standard system, the MTECH50 provides a practical route from development and validation into commercial production, with bespoke systems available for larger industrial requirements.
