A sample of Pineapple was dried using the Mildtech machine. This was then sent for analysis testing. On receiving a certificate of analysis from PAS (Premier Analytical Services), the results are as follows:

This table demonstrates that the pineapple dried using Mildtech technology has significantly higher levels of Potassium, Calcium and Vitamin C and B6 than all other methods of drying.
These results highlight the health benefits in using Mildtech technology to dry foods; drying ingredients at low temperatures compared to traditional drying methods, using a fraction of the time and energy. This opens up huge opportunities for new product development in healthy snacks and nutraceuticals.
